Robinhood Chain DEX Volume Is 68% Below Its September Peak
Robinhood Chain DEX volume fell from a $3.67B peak on Sept 4 to $1.18B on Oct 5, per DefiLlama data, while TVL and stablecoin supply reached record highs.

Robinhood Chain DEX volume peaked at $3.67 billion on September 4 and came in at $1.18 billion on October 5, according to DefiLlama. BSCN asked on X that evening whether the hype is fading. It quoted a $3.51 billion peak, while DefiLlama's live series now shows $3.67 billion for that date. Trading has cooled by about two thirds. The money parked on the chain has gone the other way.
Robinhood Chain Volume, Four Weeks Off The Peak
The decline started right after the record. September 5 printed $2.56 billion and September 7 $2.08 billion. Seven-day volume ending September 10 was $16.88 billion, and the same window ending October 5 was $8.89 billion, a 47% drop.

DefiLlama's Robinhood Chain DEX page shows the sharp peak and the slow slide after it.
Weekends are doing much of the damage. Since September 14, weekdays averaged $1.59 billion and weekends $0.96 billion. Saturday, October 3 came in at $711 million, the lowest daily total since August 24. Monday bounced to $1.18 billion.
Zoom out and the picture softens. The latest 30 days added up to $47.9 billion against $30.8 billion in the 30 days before, a 56% gain. August averaged $625 million a day, so the October 5 reading is still nearly double that.
Uniswap Carries Three Quarters Of It
On the record day, DefiLlama's chain dataset credits Uniswap V3 and V4 with 85.4% of volume. Over the last seven days the pair holds 75.7%, split 38.8% for V4 and 36.9% for V3. Fables is third at 7.3%.
So one brand sets the tone for the whole chain. A slowdown in two Uniswap versions moves the headline number far more than any other single venue can.
Deposits On Robinhood Chain Keep Climbing
Total value locked on the chain stands at $1.05 billion on DefiLlama's October 6 reading, up from $838 million on September 4. It is the highest point in the series. Stablecoin supply followed the same direction, from $922 million to about $1.11 billion.

DefiLlama's Robinhood Chain overview lists TVL and stablecoin market cap beside the volume panel.
USDG makes up $713 million of that supply and Ethena's USDe another $361 million, per DefiLlama's stablecoin data. Two issuers account for nearly all of it. Anyone new to the topic can start with our explainer on how stablecoins work.
Base And Arbitrum Side By Side
Base did $1.31 billion on October 5, well under half of its own record from last October. Arbitrum managed $157 million, a sliver of its January 2025 high. Against each chain's record day, Base sits at 43%, Arbitrum at 6% and Robinhood Chain at 32%.
The bigger difference is turnover. Robinhood Chain's 30-day volume is about 46 times its TVL. Base turns over roughly 4.6 times on $6.47 billion locked, Arbitrum about 4.0 times on $1.43 billion. Its 30-day volume of $47.9 billion also tops Base at $29.8 billion.
Limits Of A Volume Chart
DefiLlama counts swaps. Bots, wash trades and incentive farmers all look identical to organic traders in a swap total. A turnover ratio ten times higher than the peers is exactly where those questions belong, and the dataset cannot answer them. It also does not say which assets are being traded.
Read the Robinhood Chain DEX volume numbers as a cooling off, not a collapse. Volume is well off its peak while deposits sit at a high. This is a reading of public data, not a view on any token or chain.
DefiLlama's October 6 bar was still filling when pulled, and the figures here use complete UTC days through October 5.
