Sonic Price Analysis: S Gains 49% In A Week To Reach $0.0690
Sonic price analysis of the S token on Binance: a 49% weekly gain, a 7x volume day, open gaps and two scenarios with clear 4h triggers and invalidation levels.

The weekly candle for Sonic's S token tells the story in one line. Across the week of October 5 it gained about 49% on Binance, opening at $0.04077 and closing at $0.06094. The high of $0.06901 came on October 11. This Sonic price analysis checks what the chart says about that move.
Almost all of the work happened on one day. The October 11 daily candle traded about 660 million S, against 97 million the day before. That is roughly seven times the volume, on a coin that had been moving in a narrow band.
What the weekly and daily charts show
Start with the weekly chart, since it frames everything else in this Sonic price analysis. The week of October 5 closed above the $0.0586 swing high from May 4, which flipped weekly structure to up. Above it, the next swing high is $0.1016 from the week of January 5. That is a long way off from $0.061.
The daily chart had been quietly improving. A bullish break of structure printed on September 18. On October 10 price swept the $0.04812 high from September 22 and closed at $0.04732, setting up the breakout day.
Moving averages lag a move like this, so they sit well underneath. The 20-day and 50-day EMAs are near $0.042 and $0.036. Price had been fighting the 200-day, near $0.046, right before the spike.

Sonic price analysis on the four-hour chart
The breakout came in three four-hour candles on October 11. The first, at 12:00 UTC, climbed to $0.0564 on 114 million S. The next one, at 16:00, reached the $0.06901 high on 356 million and closed at $0.0652. After that, the 20:00 candle gave some back and finished at $0.06094.
Those big green candles left two bullish fair value gaps unfilled. One sits low, between $0.04925 and $0.05504. The other sits higher, from $0.0564 to $0.0584. The first candle of October 12 then held a tight range, dipping to $0.05799 and topping out at $0.06236.
DefiLlama separately shows the Sonic Gateway canonical bridge at about $87 million in value locked, up 28% in a day. That is a data point beside the price move and does not explain it.
Scenarios and triggers
On the upside, the trigger is a 4h close above $0.06901, the October 11 high. The chart has no mapped level above it until the weekly swing high at $0.1016. A 4h close back under $0.0584 would weaken the idea.
On the downside, the first line is $0.0584, the low of the 20:00 candle on October 11. A close beneath it points toward the gap that starts at $0.0564. Only a close under $0.04925 would erase the whole breakout move.

Weekly and daily structure favour buyers. A spike this size leaves the market thin between the gaps, though. The short-term read is balanced, and each side has a clear line to watch. Levels in this Sonic price analysis come from closed Binance candles through 04:00 UTC on October 12, 2026. They describe structure and are not a trade recommendation.
