Three days ago the Tron Inc Super Representative node held the last seat in TRON's block-producing set. Now it claims the first. Tron Inc. says its node reached No. 1 with about 3.71 billion delegated TRX as of October 21, up from the 0.76 billion that put it 27th on October 18.

What the Tron Inc Super Representative release says
The company filed the announcement as an exhibit to a Form 8-K. It credits "strong community support in token delegation" for the climb and describes the growth as rapid since its official election earlier in October. Tron Inc. also says it intends to run multiple nodes to broaden recurring on-chain revenues.
Chief executive Rich Miller called the rise "a strong vote of confidence by the Tron community." Separately, the release says TRON hosts over $94 billion, or more than half of global USDT circulation. That figure is the company's own.
Our October 19 report had Tron Inc. at rank 27 of 27 with 0.76 billion votes as of October 18. Against that starting point, the node has added roughly 2.95 billion votes in about three days. That is close to a fivefold jump. At Binance's TRX price near $0.331 on October 22, 3.71 billion TRX is worth about $1.2 billion, by our arithmetic.
Stakes explain the interest. TRON's developer documentation, as covered in that earlier piece, pays 8 TRX for each block a producer makes. A second pool of 128 TRX per block goes to the top 127 candidates and their voters. Candidates below the 27th place collect voter rewards without producing blocks. The climb moves the company from the edge of the producer set to the top of the votes.
What TRON's public ranking data shows
Tronscan's public representative data, pulled at about 07:40 UTC on October 22, matches the release. It lists Tron Inc. first with 3,709,650,816 votes, an 8.70% share of all votes. Poloniex follows with 3,284,281,104 votes, or 7.70%, and TRONALLIANCE has about 2.92 billion. The lead over second place is roughly 425 million votes.
The bottom of the producer set looks different now. The 27th seat belongs to Kraken at about 614 million votes, and the 28th candidate, TRXUltra, has about 248 million.
Reward terms differ too. On Tronscan, Tron Inc. carries a 5% brokerage ratio. In practice it keeps 5% of rewards and hands 95% to the voters who backed it. The five representatives directly behind it show 0%. Its listed annualized rate is 3.08%, while Poloniex shows 3.25%.
Why the ranking can change fast
Votes decide the order on TRON. Stakers vote with TRX, and the 27 candidates with the most votes produce blocks. The network recalculates rankings every six hours, according to TRON's developer documentation. A seat at the top today does not lock the seat in place.
Tron Inc. calls itself the largest publicly traded holder of TRX. Delegations are not locked in place, and each six-hour update can reorder the table. That makes the Tron Inc Super Representative jump a three-day snapshot.
