Tron Inc. has won a seat among the 27 block producers on the TRON network. The Tron Inc Super Representative election puts the Nasdaq-listed company at rank #27 as of October 18. It is backed by 0.76 billion delegated TRX, according to a press release dated October 19. That is the lowest of the active seats, and votes decide it.
Where Tron Inc ranks among producers
The company describes itself as the largest publicly traded holder of TRX. Until now its plan was to buy and hold the token. The release says it will now take part in block production, transaction validation, network security and governance through a wholly owned subsidiary.
Tron Inc. also runs a second business. Through a subsidiary it designs and makes toys and souvenirs sold at parks run by Disney, Universal, SeaWorld and Six Flags, the release says.

Chief executive Rich Miller calls the step part of a plan to generate recurring on-chain revenue. At CoinGecko's price near $0.33 on October 19, 0.76 billion TRX is worth roughly $250 million, by our arithmetic.
How a TRON seat works
TRON's developer documentation explains the system. Stakers vote with TRX, and the 27 candidates with the most votes produce blocks and join the governance committee. Rankings are recalculated at every maintenance period, which lasts six hours.
That matters for a #27 finish. The Tron Inc Super Representative seat is the most exposed one. A candidate just below the line is not producing blocks, and one just above can be pushed out at the next update. Tron Inc.'s seat depends on keeping its vote total ahead of the 28th candidate.

Rewards for producers and voters
Here is what the documentation says producers earn. Each block they make pays 8 TRX. Then there is a second pool, 128 TRX per block, which goes to the top 127 candidates and their voters. Voters get a cut. How big a cut is for each producer to decide.
Candidates in places 28 to 127 collect voter rewards without making any blocks. They are allowed to file proposals and to approve them, but their approvals are only logged. Governance counts only the 27 producers. Applying to join costs 9,999 TRX, and that fee is burned.
The network behind the seat
Tron Inc. frames TRON as the leading settlement network for stablecoins. Its release says the chain holds about $90 billion of TRC-20 USDT as of July 31, 2026, close to half of global supply. It adds that annual USDT transfer volume rose more than 40% a year for three years, to nearly $8 trillion in 2025. Those are company figures, citing an Allium report.
Earlier this month Tron Inc. also set up a stock sales program of up to $200 million to buy TRX, which we covered in a separate report. This article describes company disclosures and is not a recommendation on TRX or the shares.
