Wormhole price analysis starts with a weekly candle that did most of the talking. The week of October 5 opened at $0.01454 and closed at $0.02204 on Binance, a gain of roughly 52%. Volume that week reached 2.87 billion W, about double the 1.43 billion of the week before.

Wormhole price analysis on the weekly and daily charts

On the weekly chart, that close pushed above the $0.0166 swing high from May 11 and flipped structure up. The next swing high above is $0.0416 from the week of January 5. Beyond that sits a much older peak near $0.147.

Zoom into the daily chart for this Wormhole price analysis and the same story shows in sharper detail. Price made a bullish break of structure on September 18, then spent late September building a base. On October 8 a candle wicked up to $0.0185 and closed at $0.01522, a buy-side sweep that traded 1.06 billion W.

The October 11 daily candle opened at $0.01762 and closed at $0.02204. Its high was $0.02337, and that high is now the 20-day high. Moving averages sit well below. The 20-day EMA is near $0.0149 and the 50-day near $0.0126, while the 200-day, near $0.0158, is the only one price had to climb past.

The four-hour map

Most of the damage was done in two four-hour candles. The 16:00 UTC candle on October 11 ran from $0.0178 to $0.02333 on 372 million W. A normal 4h print in the days before was 15 to 35 million. The next candle printed 300 million, and then the 00:00 UTC candle on October 12 hit $0.03016 on 567 million before closing at $0.02799.

That sequence left a bullish fair value gap between $0.01789 and $0.01979, which price has not revisited. A bullish order block from the October 11 08:00 candle covers $0.01721 to $0.01758. The last confirmed 4h swing lows are $0.01695 and $0.01663.

Bitcoin gives the backdrop. Its Binance close of $83,805 is above a rising 100-day average of $73,112, which fits a risk-on tape for altcoins.

Two scenarios with triggers

On the upside, the trigger is a 4h close above $0.03016, the spike high. The chart has nothing overhead until the weekly swing high at $0.0416, which makes that the first mapped target. A 4h close back under $0.02799 would soften the idea.

For the downside, the first line is $0.02186, the low of the October 12 candle. A 4h close beneath it opens the gap, with $0.01979 as the top and $0.01789 as the bottom. Under $0.01695 on a 4h close, the short-term uptrend is broken.

Taken together, the weekly and daily structure favour buyers. A vertical move this size has no nearby support except the gap, so the short-term evidence is balanced. The levels in this Wormhole price analysis come from Binance candles through 06:00 UTC on October 12, 2026. They describe structure and are not a trade recommendation.
